The aparment in the heart of the trendy neighborhood of Neu Marx (Anton-Kuh-Weg) are all equipped with up to 2,45m deep balconies and large-format windows, and guarantee top quality housing and living conditions through open spaces, extensive green spaces around the building as well as great access to public transport and facilities.
