The undeveloped site of Spallartgasse 21-23 in 1140 Vienna offers a particularly valuable building land reserve in the increasingly dense city structure.

At the intersection between the dense urban setting and the beginning of suburbia, the new development will lie on the site of the General Körner army barracks in the 14th district of Vienna, between Hütteldorfer Straße, Spallartgasse, Leyerstraße and Kendlerstraße. The location above the command building will be transformed as a residential park with public access and publicly accessible open spaces.
